You stay as involved as you want to be. Some clients love the details, others just want to show up. Either way, the hard part is handled.

Your planner handles all of this... 

Guest List Management: invitations, RSVPs, and follow-ups, sent online or by post.

Catering: from sit-down dinners to casual grazing, sourced from trusted local vendors.

Seating & Setup: picnic style, formal dining, or something completely different. 

Location & Styling: we help find the right spot and bring your theme for life. 

Beverages: DIY drink stations through to full bartender service. 

Music & Entertainment: playlist curation, DJ hire, or something unexpected.

The Price

$550 for your dedicated planner from the initial session through to the event. No hourly rates, and no surprises.

Because we work with trusted local vendors regularly, we can often secure better rates than you'd get on your own. Which means the planning fee usually pays for itself. 

For events up to 100 guests. For weddings or larger events, please reach out for a custom quote.
