B O O K I N G S

To make a booking, please email us or contact us through our social media pages. To secure your confirmed date, we do require a 50% deposit for the Setup option or $50 deposit for DIY packages.

Full payment is then due 7 DAYS before the event. We do not hold dates.

Whilst we make every effort to match your desired style, this is an outdoor picnic hire & all items will be subject to availability/ matched based on our judgement.

 

C H A N G E S  &  C A N C E L L A T I O N S

We do not offer refunds; however, we do allow date changes if notified 14 days in advance. We also require a 14 day notice of any changes to your event, if possible. Keep in mind changes may result in additional costs to what you have been quoted/charged.

For cancellations, any deposit will be forfeited. If your cancellation is made within 72 hours of your event OR pickup/delivery of your DIY package, the full payment is still required to be paid.

Please note once your park is booked with council, full payment of picnic is required.

If you are to reschedule your date outside of these terms- an additional booking fee of $100 is required.

 

C H A N G E S  I N  W E A T H E R

Unfortunately, the weather is out of our control. Changes due to the weather can be arranged 72 hours before the event. It is your responsibility to have a backup plan/location organised. Most people have a house or venue as a backup. Our picnics still look great indoors.

 

H I R E  &  E Q U I P M E N T

The person in charge of the booking has full responsibility of the hired equipment. They are responsible for any missing or damaged items and will be expected to pay for replacement items if not returned, or returned in an unacceptable condition. Our hire tables should be transported/carried by a minimum of two people, with correct lifting techniques. We take no responsibility of any injury that may have been caused by our equipment.

 

O T H E R

For guests who are unable to sit on the ground: We recommend choosing a picnic location that has higher tables available. By doing this, we can set the low ground table nearby and add some of the decorations/grazing platters to each table.
